At the moment the person is picked up, it will be required a proof of payment.
Reservations and Cancellations
All reservations require personal data of participants such as full name, date of birth, weight, ID, hotel or phone number while in Panama where him or his closest relative can be reach.
Customers and Representatives-Agents should familiarize participants with required Waiver Form before closing a sale. Customers and Representatives-Agents aknowledge with payment that had read, understood and accepted all Terms and Condition clauses, as well as, the form "PARTICIPANT RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT" . In other words, with payment the Customer and/or Representative-Agent and therefore, the participant, had agreed fully with our Terms and Conditions. Aventuras Panama will not receive payment unles Customer and Representative-Agents had agreed fully with our Terms and Conditions.
The person that won´t show up at specified time and place for pick up won't receive a reimbursement. Aventuras Panama won't reimburse any payment due to cancellations of force majour unless the company wasn´t able to honor a requested service.
For Day Trips:
Aventuras Panama recommends to make reservations with a lead time of at thirty days for day trips. A reservation won´t be confirmed or guarantee by Aventuras Panama until a deposit of at least 50% is received, and the rest received 15 days prior to the tour date.
The only way to guarantee a reservation with out a deposit, if seats still available, is by paying in full prior to the tour date, or by receiving a voucher by fax or email where our authorized representative is hold responsible to pay in full to Aventuras Panama for requested service. This voucher should clearly state, our representative name and address, personal data of participants(name, weight, age(or date of birth), sex), service requested, pick-up place, and total amount invoiced.
A reservation which is cancel with a notice(received by email or fax and confirmed by our office) fifteen days in advanced of scheduled tour date will receive a full reimbursement, prior to 7 days of tour date will receive 50% of deposit, and after 7 days prior to tour date it won´t receive any reimbursement.
Customers agree that in case of a claim the maximum amount that he/she can request is limited to already paid amount.
For Land Packages(more than one day):
Aventuras Panama reserves the right to change proposed itinerary and resources, always making its best attempt to deliver same value. Aventuras Panama does its best on procuring reliable suppliers however it is not liable for any inconveniences caused by suppliers such as delay or cancellation of domestic flights and lodging overbooking.
Aventuras Panama wont secure a trip date until a non refundable deposit of $ 400 per person (or 10% of total package cost, which ever is higher) is received for it . The rest should be paid in full at least thirty days prior to the first day of the trip. Only trip cancellations with 30 days notice (received by email or fax and confirmed by our office) prior to the first day of the trip will receive a refund that does not include deposit paid to secure the trip date.
PARTICIPANT RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the program, related events and activities, I the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:
The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF Aventuras Panama, S. A. or Adventures Panama, Inc., its owners, associates, agents and employees, hereby referred as THE RELEASEES, and assume full responsibility for my participation.
I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, conduct the event (RELEASEES), from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any INJURY, DISABILITY OR DEATH I may suffer, or loss or damage to person or property.
I am fully aware and accept the following:
- The activity of white water rafting and kayaking is an inherently dangerous sport because it involves subjecting the participants to a fast-moving river in an unpredictable natural setting.
- There won't be access to any form of phone or radio communications during present journey.
- Aventuras Panamá, S. A. does not cover my participation with any kind of insurance.
- There is a slight chance of improvising overnight camp.
- By participating in this activity I grant Aventuras Panama rights to use pictures or videos, where I might show up, taken during the activity at its sole discretion.
- Participant agrees that in case of a claim the maximum amount than he/she can request is limited to amount already paid.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT FULLY AND UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT I SHOULD NOT AND MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS ACTIVITY IF I AM UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, DRUGS, OR IF I SUFFER FROM ANY CONDITION THAT MIGHT REPRESENT A DANGER TO MY HEALTH.

Minors are allowed to participate in this activity as long as their Guardian authorizes their participation under the same Terms and Conditions described in this document.

These are stand alone resources that Aventuras Panama is authorized to market and sell.
At the moment the person attempts to use a Third Pary Resource a proof of payment will be required as well as Aventuras Panama´s reservation confirmation number
Reservations and Cancellations that applies to Third Party Resources
At present time we can not guarantee that availability of third party resources displayed through our online reservations system is updated. Therefore, you are welcome to book online with out payment(a deposit is not required to book). Within 48 hours of your online booking you will receive our confirmation email notification on resource availability for specified date(s).
You will have them up to 48 hours, after receiving our confirmation email notification to secure availability by paying a deposit of 50%. The balance is due in full 30 days before your arrival.
Cancellations notified by email or fax (507) 260-7535 received at least 60 day prior to arrival date will receive a full refund; received by email at least 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of deposit; and there is not refund for cancellations within 30 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation communicationl won´t be considered received unless answered
