My girlfriend, girlfriend's brother, and I went on the Mamoni white water rafting adventure today, and loved it! The guide was great and ran us through the scenarios that we may encounter. Transportation was provided, and was very punctual.

Lunch was also provided, and it was a perfect break in the middle of the trip. We saw all sorts of animals on the trip, including monkeys! I would definitely do business with these guys again.

Overall I had a great experience. The guide and personnel were timely, easy to work with, and fun. They had both English and Spanish speaking personel. The lunch that was provided was suitable, and transportation reliable. The site was beautiful and got to see different animals.

I would definately recommend Aventuras Panama white water rafting in El Mamoni.

Trip on the Mamoni river was ideal and highly recommended for anyone looking for an active day in Panama!
Greeted by Kyle, our guide, who was early for the scheduled time and waited patiently. Kyle's laid back personality gave us all the feeling that everything was going to be alright.

After about an hour's drive together in a 4 wheel drive vehicle that forged thru primitive jungle roads, our group of 6 tourists stood on the river bank as Kyle calmly gave safety instructions in English. Wilbur, our local expert guide was there for Spanish speakers.

The river started with some mild rapids but built to all we could handle before the day was finished. We had the option of walking around the bigger rapids or, as our group opted, to ride the wild stuff.

We never saw anyone all day except a few monkeys and gorgeous jungle canyons. We stopped on the river bank for a basic lunch which tasted like a gourmet dinner due to our river appetites. After lunch we "cliff dived" and swam in the refreshing, clean, and perfect temperature water.

Kyle and Wilbur were the perfect guides; they gave us lots of fun, took care of all our needs, narrated, and most importantly...looked after our safety.
I've rafted many times all over the world and this trip was among the best. I will do it again on my next trip to Panama.
