Rio Grande River Rafting
We originally booked the Chagres Jungle Challenge, but when we got to the Go/No Go point, the weather was unforgiving and we were forced to abort the trip. Javier, the owner, offered us a full refund, but we opted to do white water rafting on the Rio Grande a few days later and we are happy we did.
Javier is a pleasure to deal with and all of the guides and other supports staff were likewise divine. I will be back for the Chagres Jungle Challenge as well as other rafting adventures in Panama. Keep up the good work guys!

We had a great time at Rio Grande. Me (44) and my three kids (7, 11 and 13) went down the lower part of Rio Grande, and had a great day, It was a great balance of Fun and safety. Clear water, Type 3 Rapids, and great company from the Guides, Javier and Edgar.

Our family spent the holidays in Panama and this was the highlight of our trip. Great family bonding, great trip hosts and beautiful scenery on the river. Next time a we'll try even higher class rapids and I'll even try the cliff diving my kids did.. Go and enjoy it all.

6 of my friends and I had the privilege of experiencing some pretty fantastic kayaking and seeing some of Panama's beautiful country side. All of the guides were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were also very flexible with our schedule and were able to pick us up from Rio Mar surf camp (another place i highly recommend.)
The rapids were perfect, we had a crew of experienced kayakers and had a blast in the 2 person inflatable kayaks. About halfway down the river we stopped at a place with some pretty high cliff jumping opportunities and enjoyed the sights for a short while before continuing on. After the trip down the river the guides prepared some sandwiches, fresh fruit, and juices for lunch while we sat on the bridge next to the disembarkation point. I highly recommend these guys, they do an outstanding job!

Lots of fun. Activity available for everyone....we had so much fun rafting, jumping off clifs and swimming in the rapids. The guides were really open minded and let us do pretty much everything within reasonable limits. Very cool adventure!!!
