Make it Happen !

We guarantee trips on set departures or any day with a minimum of four persons.  However, too often couples or single travelers request a departure that is not scheduled.

Many times now we had done it succesfully the following for them, if we consider there is a good chance to make it happen (high season, or bookings with good anticipation):

1. Upon interest on a non set departure we open that departure date for interested party to make full online payment.  If they do not pay within a day of scheduling requested departure we would take out this requested departure.  We only accept reservations with payment.

2. Aventuras Panama will  refund fully  to interested party if no one else add up or whenever the interested party does not wish to keep on waiting for someone to add up.  Aventuras Panama will not refund to interested party after someone else has added up to requested departure.

Please, be aware that  Aventuras Panama will not guarantee a departure once it receives payment from a couple or a single travelers  if it was  for a requested date which was not originally a set departure (it was requested),  and there were not the required minimum persons to make the trip.

Private trip requests are welcome.  If your party has less than 6 participants you will have to pay for the required minimum of 6 participants for a private trip.
