Kayaking in the San Blas Islands
Did a very fun 5-day/4-night sea kayaking and snorkeling trip with Aventuras Panama. We camped at a beautiful and very small island in the Cayos Holandesas, an hour-and-a-half motor boat ride from the main port, and barely saw anyone else all week. I had no more than 20 minutes of kayaking experience before going, so while you don't need to be an experienced kayaker, you definitely need to be in decent condition. And you need to be prepared for camping! That said, it's worth it for the clear, clean water, the amazing fish you'll see while snorkeling, and the Guna Yala Indians that you will meet along the way. Very knowledgeable guides, ample food, and all gear was provided. Be sure to pack a rashguard or some other shirt you can snorkel in, as well as a hat for kayaking - the sun is no joke here!
