MT Bike jungle Real nice trail that gets deep within  the jungles of Soberania National Park, by the Panama Canal Area. It is smooth with out any hard hills and not too muddy; however, the surface is not in very well shape and begginers must proceed with caution. The journey ends by reaching the historic " Camino de Cruces"(used by Spaniard Conquistadors).
